The route we took

I rode along with engineers for three days, then designed for one thumb and bright sunlight. Every action works offline and syncs when the phone finds a signal.

What changed

The app shipped in eleven weeks. Paper job sheets disappeared within a month, and the team has kept the same design foundations for three years.
