Watch people first

Ten minutes of watching someone use a product teaches more than an hour of asking.

Draw, then decide

A rough drawing ends arguments faster than a paragraph does.

Say it plainly

If a label needs explaining, the label is wrong.

Stay until it ships

A design is finished when people use it, not when the file is done.
